About Me
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with my MSW degree from Boise State University in 2017. I enjoy working with adults with various issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, burn-out, life transitions, grief and spirituality. While I have training as a generalist, I have specialized training and experience working with survivors of trauma. I am skilled at using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including attachment work, supportive psychotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, trauma-based psycho-education and somatic experiencing. I have a special passion for Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) as I have felt my own transformation using this model and witnessed the powerful healing clients have experienced with IFS. However, I tailor my approach based on the specific goals and strengths of the client, so that each person experiences therapy that is a good fit for them. I’d love to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.
